About Zoie
My name is Zoie, and I am eager to assist you in achieving your learning goals.
Reflecting on my own experiences, I encountered challenges with certain core concepts during my younger years. However, with effective support and guidance, I not only overcame these challenges but also gained a profound understanding of the subject matter. My teacher played a crucial role in my academic journey by taking the time to analyze my unique learning style and pinpointing the areas where I struggled with processing concepts.
Looking back, these formative experiences propelled me into a program that allowed me to begin college at the age of 13 at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Subsequently, I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a degree in political science at the age of 19. I also had the incredible opportunity to study politics abroad at Oxford University in the UK for a brief period.
Inspired by my teacher's effective approach, I have chosen to adopt and implement similar methods in my role as a tutor. I even used this approach to teach English and learn languages such as Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, and Hindi. My aim is to make learning fun and effective. I am genuinely excited about the prospect of working with you and providing the support needed on your learning journey.
