About Beren
I have been practising yoga for many years and decided to start teaching last year. I completed my 200 hour training and now share what I have learnt. My background as a music teacher and performer helps me bring a deeper sense of awareness, expression, and connection into my classes.

I offer 1-2-1 or group lessons only in person for now! My classes are mindful vinyasa classes with breath work, meditation and some exercises to release fascia-tension. These classes are designed to make you stronger, more flexible, definitely more mindful. You will leave the class feeling more connected with your body and less chaos in your mind.
