About Kelly
I am an accredited yoga teacher with 500hr+ ytt. I have trained in, Hatha, vinyasa, pranayama, yin yoga, children’s yoga postnatal and prenatal yoga. I am a qualified teacher with a PGCE in art & design and bring together creativity and movement.

An initial consultation will take place, we will discuss what your needs are, areas you’d like to improve and challenges you may have. We will work together to plan a 6 week programme combining pranayama, meditation, mindfulness and yoga movement. Each lesson will be planned for your unique requirements.
