I use a therapist approach, trying to understand the patient in an empathic manner by listening and suggesting solutions based on the dialogue and mental state of the patient. Carefully following and monitoring progressions, regressions, withdrawal symptoms, redirecting energy, exercise etc within a span of time till habits are replaced and established
