About Phil
I've been working in music for 25 years and have performed on 5 continents, recorded many albums and taught in universities, colleges and schools. I'm a recording artist with quite a few releases of my own and still perform regularly.
I teach guitar to all levels and am a jazz specialist. I coach A level and GCSE music students, BA and BMus students, those doing grade exams, and also teach production and mixing via Logic Pro.

Lessons in person in Bath or online, I take a friendly and relaxed approach - we'll go into depth about your musical ambitions, and tailor your lessons exactly to what you need, with bespoke written material, sample packs, you name it. 45min or an hour. I've taught music to degree level and love helping all sorts of people to bring their music to life. At the moment I'm not able to offer any sort of free taster lesson but the website is not allowing me to turn this option off.
