About Russell
I am a registered Architect and 3D Designer, who studied at the Prestigious Architectural Association. I have worked at Zaha Hadid, Carl Turner and Jamie Fobert Architects and currently work with Counterspace. While studying I have also spent my time in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer, working on the X-Factor among other shows. I have become experienced with a variety of software during this time, including Revit, ArchiCAD, Microstation, Sketchup, Cinema4D, Rhino and Vectorworks.

We will start by defining your end-goal with a brief, a sketch or idea and work from there. Rather than simply teaching the basics and making random objects we will apply the skills learnt to one of your projects or one that we select together. Each week I will set a short exercise which you can complete for the next lesson, this will test your skills and understanding of what we have covered and allow you to experiment more with the software. We can build on your existing skills, or we can start from scratch, working our way through exercises that will enable you to complete models comfortably and with ease.

Perfect! Russell quickly understood my aims, his thorough understanding of 3d modelling programs pointed me to a much better application to the one I was using. He's patient and clear in the tutorial and I also had fun - whats not to like!
Perfect! Russell has been a wonderful tutor, helping me to grasp the fundamentals of Cinema4D. He gave great insights into my project which helped me to bring my ideas to life. I would highly recommend Russell as a tutor.
