About Maria
Hello! I am a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and a Master’s Degree in Public Health. I am passionate about empowering nursing students to succeed by helping them understand complex concepts, develop confidence, and build the critical thinking skills needed to become excellent nurses.
With a background in nursing practice, patient education, and nursing education, I bring both clinical experience and evidence-based teaching strategies to every lesson. I understand the challenges of nursing school and know that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
My teaching approach focuses on understanding the “why” behind nursing concepts rather than simply memorizing information. I use real-world examples, case studies, practice questions, and personalized strategies to help students succeed in both the classroom and clinical setting.
