I like to teach and support by leading by example. I am punctual, prepared, approachable and respectful to every student I engage with.
I explain the rationale behind my teaching and offer evidence-based practice/advice at all times.

I use assessment, theory, demonstration, practice and reflection. I use a learner-focused approach and can adapt my teaching style to your level of confidence, experience and learning needs.
I use case studies and scenarios as well as simulation and role play.
I like to create a safe and supportive learning environment at all times.
I have been a Practice Educator for 12 years and qualified to Band 7 level for 13 years. I qualified into an Acute Trust in 2003.
My lessons will suit newly qualified nurses, medics and students who want confidence in practice. I offer Clinical Supervision and pastoral support to staff.
