About Vishakh
I am an AfN registered Registered Associate Nutritionist with an MSc in Nutrition and a strong background in evidence-based research and industry experience. My work focuses on understanding how nutrition, metabolism, and gut health interact in real life, not just in theory.
I want to teach because I’ve seen how confusing nutrition can become when people are overwhelmed by trends, misinformation, and restrictive diets. My goal is to simplify nutrition into practical, science-led guidance that people can actually apply in their daily lives.
Through my lessons, I aim to help students build clarity, confidence, and control over their eating habits so they can improve their metabolic health, support gut function, and develop a sustainable relationship with food.
