About Clare
I am a qualified primary school teacher in Scotland with a 2nd Class honours degree in BEd Primary Education. I have had two years teaching experience in Scotland with additional experience teaching English as a foreign language overseas. I have taught a range of children between 4-12 years old.

My teaching method is engaging and active. I ensure my lessons are carefully planned and resourced to meet the individual needs of each child. I have always spent valuable time creating and organising resources to help pupils achieve the key aims of each lesson. I believe that a positive relationship is essential for a quality learning experience. I always promote a growth mindset attitude towards learning. If a pupil is finding difficulty in a particular area, I encourage them to use a different approach and a positive outlook to achieve the aims of the lesson.
