About Laura
I have been teaching holistic therapies in various settings for over 15 years. I now teach one to one lessons from my clinic in London. My students have gone on to have successful careers in the wellness industry. I also teach meditation to individuals to help them integrate this into their daily lives. Meditation has many benefits including stress relief, improved cardiovascular and brain health. I believe that by teaching on a one to one basis you get the most out of the lesson as it can be tailored to suit your individual needs and teaching styles. Please note for all lessons except meditation you will be required to provide one or more models to work on.

I have over 15years experience as a holistic and beauty therapist/teacher. I teach Levels 1&2 Reiki, and meditation, as well as Massage, Beauty treatments which are accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists. I teach one to one for expert learning. Therapy Classes can be adapted to suit vegan or organic lifestyles.
