About Phoebe
My name is Phoebe and I am passionate about yoga and meditation and the effects it has over the human psyche. I am keen to help people become the best version of themselves through aiding them in adding positive habits such as yoga and meditation into their daily routine.
I have an established personal yoga practice which I practice daily, alongside meditation. I wish to share the amazing effects this art has upon mental and physical health problems.

Welcome to yoga! My classes are tailored to suit individuals personal needs, whether this may be an exercise focused yoga class or purely a way to relax and let go of any anxieties and stresses which have been collected throughout the day.
I put a high focus on breath work and the meditative qualities of yoga as I appreciate the benefit this has upon our mental well being.
I like to keep a relaxed and open learning environment so students feel they can express themselves in a safe space.
I hold a level 3 yoga instructors qualification so am fully qualified to teach Hatha yoga.
