About Sara
I have been giving private lessons for a year now and am looking to expand my horizons with more students. My practice is specially tailored to each student and their individual preferences and requirements, some students want 30 minute Savasana, and that's perfectly fine, some might want rigorous balance and partner stretching. My yogic practice is supportive above all things, so students not only have healthy bodies, but healthy minds.

I give lessons to beginners and intermediate levels, and can do mother/child yoga as well as a way to give children and their parents mind-fullness and calming practice. I am mobile and can come to clients houses or alternatively clients may travel to me or meet in designated spaces. For clients interested in guided meditation as part of their practice lessons can be held outside in natural settings.
