About Christopher
I studied Ayhurvedic therapy in Kerala India together with herbalism and nutritional therapy in UK and had three years of practical experience in administering herbal medicine for the poor in Mozambique. Basing my philosophy on the principle that 'prevention is better than cure' it is my ultimate goal in teaching and counselling that no one needs to see a doctor if you eat the right food avoid those that are harmful to your health.

Having healed myself of rheumatoid arthritis, and having healed many patients of various deceases by means of Ayurvedic, herbal and nutritional therapies, clients are counselled individually as well as invited for workshops utilizing various methodologies of teaching.
