About Jose
Helping students succeed in music has been my greatest motivation throughout my 13 years as a Flute tutor. I teach school and college students and create lessons that are easy to understand and adapted to individual learning needs.
My classes cover breathing techniques, posture, scales, finger placement, rhythm, tone development, articulation, and expressive performance. I believe confidence grows through regular practice and supportive guidance.
It has been wonderful to watch students perform successfully and become more confident with every lesson. Besides flute, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music appreciation, and beginner composition.
My mission is to provide every student with the knowledge, encouragement, and inspiration they need to succeed.

My flute lessons combine structured learning with creative activities to help students build confidence and musical excellence. I use Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to make every lesson enjoyable and productive.
Students begin by learning posture, breathing techniques, rhythm, finger coordination, note reading, and tone production. Advanced lessons focus on articulation, scales, improvisation, musical interpretation, dynamics, and stage performance.
I motivate students by celebrating every milestone and encouraging regular practice. Communication helps students understand each lesson through clear explanations and demonstrations. Integrity creates a respectful environment where students feel valued and supported.
Creative learning includes rhythm games, classical melodies, movie songs, listening practice, ear training, duet performances, and simple improvisation. Besides flute, I teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, and music appreciation.
