About Somi
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with over 20+ years of experience teaching students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds. I enjoy helping students learn guitar in a simple and effective way. My teaching approach is based on clear communication, patience, and flexibility.
I understand that every student has a different learning style, so I customise my lessons to match their needs and goals. I focus on building strong basics such as chords, rhythm, and finger techniques, and then gradually move to advanced topics.
Along with Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, and song learning to help students develop a complete understanding of music. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable and motivated. My goal is to help students enjoy learning and grow with confidence.

My Guitar teaching methodology is based on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility to provide a complete and enjoyable learning experience. I focus on clear communication so students can understand each concept easily. I build strong fundamentals through step-by-step teaching and regular practice.
Creativity is included through song-based learning, fun exercises, and exploration of different music styles. This helps students stay interested and confident. I also encourage students to express themselves through music.
Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons according to each student’s needs and goals. I design sessions that suit their learning speed and provide regular feedback. In addition to Guitar, I teach music theory, ear training, rhythm practice, and basic composition to support overall musical development.
