About Ashfaq
I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor with a strong interest in advanced problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, and research-oriented learning. I enjoy making difficult topics simple, logical, and approachable for students from different academic backgrounds.
My strength is breaking complex questions into small, understandable steps while still helping students develop independent thinking. Rather than asking students to memorize methods, I focus on explaining why a concept works and how to recognize the correct approach in new problems.

I teach Mathematics through clear, step-by-step explanation, focusing first on concepts and then on problem-solving. My approach is patient, interactive, and personalized: I identify where a student is getting stuck, explain the idea in simple language, and gradually build confidence with examples, visual intuition, and practice questions.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by concept explanation, worked examples, and guided practice. Students are encouraged to solve problems during the class rather than only watch the solution. After each lesson, I can provide practice questions, short notes, and doubt-solving support to help them improve consistently.
What sets me apart is my focus on deep understanding instead of memorizing formulas. I help students learn how to approach unfamiliar questions, recognize useful methods, and write solutions clearly. I adapt the pace and level of explanation according to each student’s background.
My lessons are suitable for school and college students, including GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, IB, SAT, AP Calculus, undergraduate Mathematics, and students studying Calculus, Algebra, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Probability, Statistics, and Real Analysis.
