About Margaret
I am a retired Actuary and secondary school Maths teacher living in West Linton with many years of experience in teaching Maths in school and on a one-to-one basis. I now provide private tutoring in my home after school on weekdays. I enjoy helping children to gain in confidence and be successful at Maths and would welcome the opportunity to be able to help your child.

I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space where a student can be encouraged to overcome their fears relating to Maths.
My lessons will focus on improving understanding of all exam topics and building confidence in answering exam-style questions, being aware of how to avoid the common mistakes.
