I am Carla LLovera, I have just finished my career in fashion design and for 7 years I have been a rhythmic gymnastics coach both in schools and competition clubs, 4 years ago I founded my own club which I direct and coordinate.

For more than 10 years I have been a competitive gymnast and I have acquired enough knowledge to know which methods are most effective. Later, I obtained the Higher Technician degree and began to teach both in schools and after school as well as in competition clubs.
Normally I adapt my classes according to the age and level of each child, being for example the initiation classes more playful and emphasizing psychomotor skills and knowledge of the body.
With the levels more advanced body technique is worked much more in depth, flexibility and coordination exercises are done and elements are taught with the different devices.
I always try to make classes productive but not gymnastics get overwhelmed and enjoy the learning process.
