About Romane
From a young age, i have always had tutors by my side to help me in achieving the grades that i want. I find that being taught 1 to 1 and with people close to your age is so useful-i barely ever felt embarrassed to ask any questions or get anything wrong because i knew they would understand. Having a tutor gives you the opportunity to go over things as many times as you want, knowing you are not slowing the class down and actually understand what is going on. Throughout my school years i always hated asking questions in class, feeling like i would get humiliated. However by having a tutor i knew they were motivated in their job which is exactly how i feel when teaching.

To begin with, i always ask students what scares them the most about the exam they are sitting. From that, i am able to focus on their weakness and help them achieve the garde that they want. Usually i always do 1 hour lessons, no more or less than that; it gives just enough time to go through a topic easily but without losing focus quickly. I have helped students in their confidence in speaking in such a short amount of time. I mainly teach year 7s, 8s and 9s.
