About Sahil
I am a Biology researcher, having completed my Master's from IIT Roorkee and currently pursuing my PhD at IIT Delhi. My journey in science has been driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how life works at the molecular and cellular levels. Throughout my academic career, I have realized that some of the best learning happens when knowledge is shared. Teaching allows me to pass on not just information, but also the excitement of discovery and the confidence to tackle challenging concepts. I enjoy helping students develop a deeper understanding of their subjects and believe that every complex topic can be made simple with the right explanation. Sharing knowledge is my way of contributing to the growth of future learners while continuing to learn myself.

My teaching style is highly interactive and concept-driven. Unlike traditional classes that rely heavily on pre-made PowerPoint presentations, I prefer teaching by writing and explaining concepts step-by-step in real time, allowing students to follow the thought process behind every idea. I use simple, everyday examples to make complex topics intuitive and relatable. During class, I combine verbal explanations with hand-drawn diagrams and visual illustrations, creating an audio-visual learning experience that improves understanding and retention. After every session, I provide my handwritten notes so students can revise efficiently and focus on understanding rather than copying. My goal is not just to help students memorize facts, but to make them think logically and develop a deep understanding of the subject.
