About Woni
I am a committed flute tutor with 10 years of experience, having successfully trained around 150 students across different levels. I am passionate about helping students build strong musical skills and confidence. My teaching style focuses on clear communication, patience, and adaptability, ensuring that each student learns at their own pace.
I emphasise important fundamentals such as breathing techniques, fingering, tone clarity, and rhythm. I make my classes interactive by including exercises, songs, and creative activities that keep students engaged.
I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving steadily. My strength is simplifying difficult concepts and making learning easy to understand.
I also teach basic music theory to support overall development. My aim is to help students enjoy music and grow as confident flute players.

My flute teaching methodology is built on adaptation to learning styles, flexibility, collaboration, and positivity, ensuring that every student receives a personalised and effective learning experience. I begin by understanding each student’s goals, skill level, and preferred way of learning, whether it is visual, auditory, or practical.
I focus strongly on flute fundamentals such as breath control, tone clarity, posture, and finger coordination. These basics are essential for developing a strong musical foundation. Based on the student’s progress, I gradually introduce scales, exercises, and songs that match their level.
Flexibility is a key part of my teaching. I adjust lesson plans according to the student’s pace and comfort, making sure learning is smooth and stress-free. I also encourage collaboration by involving students in discussions, practice decisions, and creative exploration.
I maintain a positive and motivating environment where students feel confident to learn and grow. Along with flute, I also teach music theory, rhythm, and ear training to support complete musical development.
