About Dan
I have taught a number of different students with varying levels of ability prior to my degree and was able to hone my teaching capabilities through different modules at university. Now that I have finished studying I am ready to provide students with the knowledge and skills that I have gained.

I am a professional bass guitarist who studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and have just returned from working on a major US cruise ship company. I am now providing bass guitar lessons for beginners and intermediate players. My aim is to take players who are brand new to the instrument or have been playing for a short while and give them the foundation that they need to progress to a more capable and professional level of playing. I structure the lessons around the student and what they wish to achieve from the lessons in a way which captivates and appeals to the student, whilst also ensuring progress and results. I have had the privilege to be taught by some of the finest bass players in the country which has allowed me to further master my instrument and therefore cultivate and improve my approach to tuition.
