About Alex - Olympian

Playing professional rugby 7s for England and Team GB over the last 10 years, I am keen to share my experiences with others looking to develop themselves. It has been a great privilege to represent my country at the highest level. Rugby has allowed me to travel the world and meet amazing people which i believe has given me a great insight and perspective into how good people make great players.

About the lesson

I have experience playing for and captaining England 7s on the World Series for 8 years as well as Team GB at the Rio and Tokyo Olympics. My sessions can be customised to the desired work ons of the individual. Online programmes can be built to help support training.

Perfect! My son LOVED his lessons. Alex really got into his game and has improved his technique from the very first lesson. John comes home exhausted from each session and feeling like he has really learnt something. Could not recommend working with Alex more.

Charlotte's son, John, is a keen student with a desire to improve his handling and game specific stamina. So far we have concentrated on drills to develop his left hand pass and a small introduction to rugby agility and change of direction reactivity. Enjoying our lessons so far.
