I met Conor through my local running club several years ago and found him to be a very approachable and polite young man. His running ability is exceptional and have received much encouragement from him on many of our road/off road runs. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
Conor is the key to making a difference to all runners. His natural ability and key focus is what makes the hardest task seem simple. Could not recommend Conor enough to help you reach your end goal.
Conor has inspired me to run over the last few years and to push myself in all aspects of training to be the best I can be. He is a remarkable individual, works incredibly hard but is always smiling and having fun at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend Conor.
Conor has been a fabulous run leader at my local running club, always eager to set the pace at the front, or drop back and support people new to running. Always happy to help!
Conor is a very nice person and is a very easy person to work with and always has a way of making things more fun and enjoyable.
Conor is the perfect coach for distance running. He draws on his personal experiences and appreciates the concerns and difficulties that his students encounter. He is patient and extremely encouraging, regardless of your age or ability. I have run with Conor at several events and he is always willing to give valuable on the spot coaching and feedback. I highly recommend Conor as a coach if you are looking to improve your distance running.
This amazing athlete and coach has helped me obtain and smash multiple personal bests over different distances. I definitely would not have been able to do it without his constant support throughout training sessions and time trials. Definitely worth every penny spent on coaching!
