Russian is a difficult language that uses an entirely different alphabet, has complex rules but is a beautiful language once you learn it. I find it best to start off teaching with reading words and simple texts, so you learn the alphabet and the pronunciation of the words. I combine it with simple, basic sentences that you can use in everyday life. For more experiences users, I concentrate on proper grammar and sentence building, as well as more progressed vocabulary and topics. What I want to teach you, is how to live the language and not just speak it. You will develop a feeling for the rules, rather than learning them by heart.
