About Jonathan
I played clarinet averagely in the school orchestra but it never really caught fire for me. After a long layoff I took up saxophone and fell in love with its sound and versatility. I've since amassed many years of experience, playing with various bands and groups. I gig in different styles - pop and rock covers, soul, blues and jazz.

I bring more than 10 years of in-depth experience as a professional coach to you and your sax journey. I'll help you develop your sound, free blockages and enjoy making progress. If you're a beginner or intermediate player, starting out or restarting, young or adult, let's work together to take you to the next level. If your goal is working through grades then there are other tutors more suitable, but if it's about the love of music - pop, rock, blues, jazz, improvising then let's talk! Lessons are 60min, customised to your specific needs, in person at my house in Wokingham.
