About Amy
I have extensive experience, over 10 years, in tutoring and mentoring students at all stages of education, from additional lessons in secondary schools at KS3 through to mentoring medical students during their degree programmes. I am able to tutor 1.1 or within small groups. I am passionate about enabling others to learn in the best way possible for that individual.
I have participated in science outreach programmes within primary and secondary school to engage young people directly and to make science accessible to everyone.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Manchester and I am able to teach biology/chemistry/maths to A level standard and biology to degree level.As someone who has followed a career in scientific research I enjoy sharing my life experience to inspire others to follow a career in science.
As I am able to tutor students from KS3 to degree level each lesson will be tailored to the individual's needs and learning style.
