About Sean
I am a graduate with First Class Honours in English and American Literature and recently graduated with Merit from a Master's in Screenwriting.
Between my degrees I voluntarily taught a drama class at Lancasterian School and together we created a play adaptation which we ultimately had occasion to perform at the Children’s Book Festival. My undergraduate degree also granted me the opportunity to mentor two young writers in creating their entries for the Portico Prize.
Experience has proven a relaxed, focused learning environment with the space to explore ideas is conducive to creative thought and the freedom to express it.

My classes place an emphasis on the first principles of drama, the five act structure and visual storytelling fundamentals to equip imaginative minds with the skills to harness their voice.
I encourage an environment of free expression and open discussion within which creative thought and ideas can flourish. In drawing together influences from Aristotle to modern filmmaking techniques, my workshops instil writers with the tools to pursue their imaginations confidently.
