About Clarissa
I've been giving lessons for over 5 years starting with my own children, then mentoring 4-H students. Some of my students have won awards with their sewing projects while adults have gone on to start their own home sewing businesses.

Lessons will cover basic terminology and techniques, types of machines for specific projects. We'll discuss modern sewing patterns (pdf patterns), traditional store-bought paper patterns, basic troubleshooting for your machine and when to get regular maintenance. Student will choose type of project they wish to start with.
