About Charlotte
Hello! I’m Charlotte, a second year History undergraduate student at Durham University. Achieving a grade 9 at GCSE and A* at A Level, I hope to not only share my knowledge and experience but also my passion for history, since my ultimate goal is to become a history lecturer! Alongside this, I relish the opportunity to help others and have previously mentored lower years in History at high school.

Hello! I’m Charlotte, a second year History undergraduate student at Durham University. I am offering tutoring sessions in GCSE and A Level History. Prior to meeting you, I will send a few brief questions about your studies and how you hope to progress, ensuring that I can provide you with a tailored programme to enhance your academic skills and pinpoint the areas we can work on during our sessions so we can formulate a plan together from the outset. I will also ask you about your preferred learning styles so I can further facilitate your progress and make our sessions as engaging (and fun!) as possible. I will also set little tasks to complete prior to and after our sessions to consolidate your understanding. Our sessions will typically last an hour. A typical session may involve essay planning, talking through potential questions and discussing feedback. A real advantage of teaching style is the use and discussion of my own personal revision materials from GCSE and A Level, which enabled me to achieve a Grade 9 at GCSE and A* at A Level History.
