About Zubaran
I am a second year mechanical engineering student with a grade average of 73% currently studying at the University of Surrey. In my A-levels I received an A in Maths and B's in Further Maths, and Physics. I passed my GCSE's with 8's and 9's across all three Sciences and Maths. I have two younger siblings at secondary school who I regularly help with their homework. I am new to tutoring but keen to share my interest in the subject while I help others to understand and improve. While I have not tutored I do have experience with helping younger people since I spent 3 years as a young leader at my local scout group. In school, I was always helping my peers with their work and find helping others grasp difficult concepts very rewarding. I have a keen eye for problem-solving and am very patient when it comes to helping people grasping difficult concepts since I know how challenging it can be.

In lessons the focus is on the tutee and I am happy to aid them in any way they may need. If that be help with homework, preparing for an upcoming test or just general revision, I'm happy to help the tutee understand and work to a solution in where they may not have previously understood. Being a mechanical engineering second yeah and having studied Maths, Further Maths, and Physics at college, I fully understand how difficult it can sometime be when you don't fully understand a question and hope I can aid tutees having similar issues. I also worked as a young scout leader for many years so I am no stranger to explain and laying out problems in a way younger tutees can understand. Lessons would usually last an hour and I am happy to to do them in person or online.
