About Chae-Eun
With my strong foundation in international examinations like A levels and IGCSE, I can assure you that I will put in my best effort to answer and go through any questions that the students may ask. I have conducted several voluntary teaching lessons varying from teaching English and Mathematics to students in a disadvantaged school in Thailand to teaching Korean to UCL undergraduates and Postgraduates in the UCL Korean Culture Society. These activities made me realise how rewarding it is when students apply the lessons I teach to their assignments. I understand the pressure that students are facing when it comes to examinations as I too was in their shoes only about a year ago. I will do my best to be a compassionate and understanding tutor for everyone.

I will be focusing on international exam preparation (A levels, IGCSE and SAT subject test) in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. The teaching style will vary depending on the level of students. For students with a strong foundation, the lessons will be directed towards examination skills and practising past papers by analysing the examination mark scheme and questions. For students with a relatively weak foundation, the main objective would be to go through concepts and making sure the student understands to apply the basics into answering the question. This will change as the student's foundation strengthens.
It has not been long since I left high school. Therefore, I truly understand what students are going through during this stressful process. I will help not only as a tutor but also as a mentor and a friend.
