About Peter
I am a teacher in the independent school sector, based in the South West. I have a BA hons, an Mmus, and a PGCE. In addition to my teaching I am also a licensed Thrive Programme Coach, helping you to navigate the programme itself (it comes with a manual/ workbook) and personalising the programme for your needs and personality. The Thrive Programme has helped thousands of people overcome challenges, from self-esteem and anxiety to emetophobia (fear of being sick)

I teach the Thrive Programme, a 6-to-8-week, evidence-based mental health training and personal development course designed to build psychological resilience, self-efficacy, and personal agency. The programme is designed to help people of all ages experience challenges around:
