About Cedric
HI! MY name's Cedric, I'm a self-taught drummer and have been playing since the age of 5. I enjoy cooking and tennis as well as drumming. I'm located in Berkeley, CA. I look forward to working with new people and learning as well as teaching my skill. You can learn something from everyone.

I look at mess-ups as strengths in drumming and in all things really. Your mindset changes everything; if you think you won't be good at drumming, your excitement every time you try to play goes down. Keep your energy up! I love to practice single strokes with people on snares or a pad before getting onto a beat because that gives you a feel for how drums are. Once you've learned that skill, we can play a simple beat to start off, and if you get that down quickly, we will move on to harder things, but again, practice is everything when it comes to drumming. I teach double bass intro and perfection as well as metal, jazz, pop, Latin, Reggae, fusion, hip hop, and other types of drumming types.
