About Su
I am a self-confident individual, who has devoted her entire life to SEN Teaching. I have already gained 26 years of professional experience with the following Moderate Learning Disabilities:
• Dyslexia
• Ideo-motor Dyspraxia
• Ideational Dyspraxia
• Asperger Syndrome
• ADHD
• Dysgraphia
• Dyscalculia
• Down Syndrome
Throughout my career, I have regularly led various types of Wave 2 and Wave 3 interventions. They supported the following areas:
• Literacy and Aphasia
• Mathematics
• Coordination and Movement Skills
• Fine-motor Coordination
• Lateral Dominance
• Sensorimotor Skills
• Visual Skills
• Cognitive Skills (e.g. Intermodality)
I have always felt a dedication to do my best for the children, while making their lives as enjoyable as possible in the process. I am fully flexible and reliable, and I am always happy to accept additional responsibilities and challenges. I find cooperation and consistency extremely important. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience handling difficult situations.

I was teaching various subjects in lower grades to 6 to 12 years old SEN children. The children needed additional support in their individual developments as well. Our support was aimed at the following difficulties:
• Dyslexia
• Ideo-motor Dyspraxia
• Ideational Dyspraxia
• Asperger Syndrome
• ADHD
• Dysgraphia
• Dyscalculia
• Down Syndrome
We made very good use of the Step By Step approach, so we managed to improve the children's personal skills to a great extent. We were working closely together with the children’s families to achieve the best results we could. We were all responsible to resolve any given problems and handle difficult situations. Great time management was also very important.
