About Beverley
I have been teaching for 10 years and I love inspiring people. I used to work in a secondary school but now I teach children in their homes. I am very creative and love cooking and doing art. I compete in Triathlon, swimming and running events. I have swum the English Channel with 5 friends! I believe that learning should be fun and all children should be given the opportunity to reach their potential.

All my lessons are pupil-led and dictated by their interests and learning style. I currently home-school three pupils 1:1 with different needs. I design bespoke lessons based on what the long-term educational goal is, whether that is GCSEs or improving communication skills. I use a holistic approach and utilise my creative skills in making the lessons as engaging as possible.
I teach KS2, 3 and 4 children and have 10 years of teaching experience in Secondary Schools both state and independent. My current lessons are between 2-4 hours, but I can do 1-hour lessons. The subjects I teach at the moment are Maths, English, Art, Science, Cooking and PE.
