About Margarita
I am a lawyer, and Counsel, at a US law firm in the City. I am a litigator, arbitrator and mediator and often train teams of lawyers on legal updates and professional development. I am a frequent speaker on dispute resolution, and influence and power within the law.

I use the “Socratic” method when teaching and mentoring — that is, asking the subject about why they have concluded in the way they have. I then take that rationale and work backwards to decipher an individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
