About Juan
I have been helping students with their homework since I was very young, my commitment to study has always been very present in my life, because my mother is a teacher and has instilled in me a passion for teaching. During my time at university I assisted my classmates with subjects such as accounting, mathematics and cost accounting, getting them to pass the subjects, serving these classes as a method to strengthen my own knowledge. During my experience working in the financial and operational audit department of a Big 4 I have been able to teach juniors who were joining the firm year after year. Since I arrived in Canada a little over a year ago, I have helped students from institutions such as UCW and Capilano University, obtaining great results through continuous work.

My methodology and teaching technique is based on having a close relationship with the student, actively listening to what their needs are and working in the way that is most comfortable for the student, since not everyone learns in the same way.
My typical lesson plan is based on the student sending me the material to be discussed in class (ppt, pdf) in order to review it together, resolving doubts and practical examples for better understanding by the student.
My differential is my patience, as well as my understanding that each student is unique, which helps me to understand what their needs are and to be able to give a personal approach as possible.
My classes are geared towards both undergraduate and MBA students who are having difficulties with accounting and/or accounting-related topics.
