I approach my classes with an open-minded and creative outlook, assisting the student to become independent in their own thinking, leading to a development of the students skills in creating ideas which are unique to them. Lessons will align with the students schoolwork and timeline, actively working on upcoming assessments and developing a creative mind for art.
Depending on the student, the experience of these lessons will be adapted to suit their unique learning style and will stimulate them intellectually. This can be done in a variety of creative environments (e.g. lessons at art galleries to practice critical analysis; natural locations for art-making practice, etc...) as well as in traditional tutoring environments, such as public libraries.
Lessons include both practical art-making, for example producing unique ideas, art-making practice, creating resolved artworks, as well as theory practice, which includes, but is not limited to, critically analysing artworks, producing ideas, and writing art essays.
