About Jaswinder
I am a PMP-certified Senior Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Change Leader with 20+ years in Information Technology and more than 15 years leading large-scale enterprise programs. I have delivered and governed $25+ million transformation initiatives, managing multiple cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders as one integrated delivery engine, aligned to a single outcome, timeline, and governance model. My experience spans utilities, government, healthcare, and enterprise IT—environments where mistakes are expensive and leadership decisions matter. I have led complex cloud migrations, SaaS-to-in-house transitions, cybersecurity programs, large data and system integrations, disaster recovery initiatives, and mission-critical application modernizations, often under regulatory pressure and aggressive delivery timelines. I have worked closely with organizations such as ATCO, Apex Utilities, IBM, CGI, Accenture, and HCL, delivering programs involving tens of millions of records, multi-vendor coordination, and zero-downtime production releases. This is where PMI PMBOK principles move from theory into real execution. I hold multiple active certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PROSCI Change Practitioner, DevOps-PM, and Agile coaching credentials. This allows me to teach project management holistically—connecting governance, risk, stakeholder engagement, delivery models, and change management instead of treating them as isolated topics. I don’t teach PMBOK as a memorization exercise; I teach how senior project managers actually use it to make decisions, manage risk, and lead people under pressure. In addition to live coaching, I actively share my knowledge through my YouTube channel, where I publish practical content on Project Management, PMI PMBOK concepts, Agile and hybrid delivery, leadership, and real-world lessons learned from enterprise programs.
