About Kadene
Hello,
My name is Kadene and I have worked in Childcare and Education for 9 years.
I have Early Years Teacher Status (Msc Ed) and a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies (BA Hons). This qualifies me to teach within the early years foundation stage, including Reception.
I have had a range of leadership roles, such as being the room leader of the Toddler and Preschool Rooms and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator in an early years setting. Furthermore, my experience had widened to my volunteering experience in children's centres and after school scout clubs. In addition to this, I have experience in entertaining large groups of children in children's parties.
I have worked in Reception classes as well as nursery settings, which means that I understand the continuum of learning. I pride myself in my ability to form good relationships with children and their families. Most of all, I enjoy teaching.

Children should arrive at 9.50am to ensure they are settled in and ready to learn.
10am - Registration and the children find out what they will be doing.
Each child has a 15 minute one to one session to focus on what their next step is, whilst the others play.
Once all children have had their session, they have a 15 minute break together, where they can help themselves to a snack.
The 15 minutes then repeat for each child.
