About Joseph
Hello !
I’m Joe , I could use this space to describe myself in many ways. But I will use it to add colour to, and expand on my credentials as a meditation teacher.
I am a very experienced meditator, with likely around 4000 hours of sitting practice under my belt. Along with a couple more thousands of hours of walking meditation.
I am trained in many ancient practices . Including but not limited to: Anapana, Vipassana, Kundalini, and more.
I have direct experience of the chakras and kundalini.
This journey of opening myself up to teach, is a new one for me. An old and great, now sadly departed teacher of mine once told that “when you teach, is when you really start to learn” So I’m likely as excited about our encounters as your are.
I am open to giving sales sons or guidance to both beginner and intermediate students. And In certain areas advanced students also.
I hope my ad, and my profile finds you well and I look forward to what comes next.

I offer to share my skills on a donation bases for a limited number of 3 sessions per student. I also only give 2 hours per week to this, so student numbers are limited.
My Journey with meditation began in September 2012, immediately it became a huge part of my life and has ever since been my inner refuge. My motivation behind teaching is to hopefully share some of the beauty it has brought to my life with others.
I offer a light touch approach, and recognise everyone takes differently to the practice. I also only offer face to face meetings, either at your home, a therapy room (which you will have to pay for) and I also may consider teaching at may own home in the correct circumstances.

Perfect! Joseph and I decided to postpone lessons on a mural agreement , he replied , we talked , and I feel tutor should charge set fees as he seems a great guy .The timing wasn't right for either of us but I hold Joseph in high regard and will reconnect shortly . He is a very honest person . It was only our schedules that prevented lessons , so I'd highly recommend, but please don't take advantage of Joseph's kindness .
