About Luke
I have been teaching for 5 years now and I take an extremely relaxed approach and hone in on what the student specifically wants to learn. I can teach from beginner to advanced levels, and I’ve had experience with those aged from 6-50. I find teaching and helping others extremely satisfying and rewarding. My Qualifications in guitar playing range from Preliminary to Grade 8 in RGT theory guitar grades, to recording guitar for recording artists and other genres in recording studios in the UK. I have played genres such as Blues, Rock, Indie, Acoustic in bands also. This involves an array of function work and solo career work. I have also made music for labels such as Universal and BMG.

I will always focus on what the student specifically wants to get out of the lessons and assess where they are at in ability. I will never push a student to do guitar grades if that's something they hate the idea of. If you want to learn a couple campfire songs thats cool, and if you want to learn theory that is also GREAT! I make the learning process fun with a very hands on approach.
