About Shanti
"Pitch control and breathing control form the bedrock of the vocal training I provide. As an Artist Diploma holder from the Royal Academy of Music, I apply 13 years of performance knowledge to guide hobbyists and exam candidates. These foundations ensure that even self-taught learners build a sustainable voice.
Intermediate students often find my approach to head and chest voice shifts particularly clarifying. Range extension remains a core focus of my practice. I make sure your progress is something you can actually hear."

"Singing together begins with a quick assessment of your current vocal comfort zone. You will find that I build a personalised song list based around your unique range for our very first meeting.
This strategy prevents strain while we refine your tone and resonance. My 13 years in the studio mean I notice subtle tensions that others might miss. I find that keeping things practical creates faster results than heavy theory. Think of this as a space to explore your sound with curiosity.
We will experiment with different styles to see what feels natural for your anatomy. My background at the Royal Academy of Music informs every technical adjustment I suggest during our time together. I maintain a focus on the mechanics of sound production throughout the process. Just bring your favourite track and let us see where your voice wants to go."
