I offer Hatha yoga lessons for beginners and intermediates, in English/French. Sessions last 1 to 1,5 hour. My approach is based on 12 fundamental asanas, plus their variations, pranayama, relaxation, and discussions on yoga topics. I adapt to your demand, energy level, and time.
Sessions can be individual or with a small group (4 person max). According to the weather, lessons will be indoor (at yours) or outdoor.
