About Rhea
I am a passionate Guitar tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, helping high school students, college students, and adults learn and enjoy music. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 300 students, guiding beginners and intermediate learners to develop confidence and strong guitar skills.
My teaching philosophy is simple: every student can learn music with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. I believe learning guitar should be enjoyable, creative, and motivating rather than stressful. In my classes, I focus on building a strong foundation in chords, rhythm, strumming patterns, and musical understanding.
I design my lessons based on each student's level, goals, and musical interests. Some students want to play their favourite songs, while others want to understand music theory or perform confidently. I make sure every lesson supports their personal learning journey.
One of my proud achievements is seeing many of my students perform confidently in school events, college programmes, and small stage performances. Watching students grow from beginners to confident guitar players gives me great satisfaction as a teacher.
My classes are interactive and practical. I encourage students to practise regularly, ask questions, and explore different styles of music. I also share helpful tips on practice techniques, finger strength, timing, and musical expression.
Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who wants to improve your guitar skills, I am here to guide you step by step. My goal is not only to teach guitar but also to help students develop confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for music.

My teaching approach focuses on clear communication, understanding different learning styles, and building a strong foundation in Guitar. I believe students learn better when lessons are simple, structured, and encouraging.
In my classes, students learn important Guitar skills such as chord shapes, strumming patterns, rhythm control, scales, and finger coordination. I explain these techniques step by step so students can understand and practise them comfortably.
I also use real-life musical examples and case studies from well-known songs. This helps students see how Guitar techniques are used in real music and makes learning more practical and enjoyable.
Along with Guitar lessons, I introduce related subjects such as basic music theory, ear training, rhythm development, chord progressions, improvisation basics, and songwriting. These subjects support Guitar learning and help students develop a deeper understanding of music.
My goal is to help students improve their Guitar skills while building confidence and enjoying the process of learning music.
