I am known for my kind, patient and positive teaching style, which helps children feel at ease quickly. By building strong relationships and celebrating progress, I motivate pupils to believe in themselves and take pride in their achievements.
I have successfully prepared many children for SATs and 11 plus exams, with parents regularly pleased by both the academic results and the growth in their child’s confidence. My aim is always to help each child reach their full potential and enjoy learning along the way.

I provide professional tutoring for children aged 7–13, supporting pupils who need to catch up, keep up, or prepare for key milestones such as SATs and 11 plus grammar school entrance exams. As a qualified and experienced primary school teacher and tutor, I understand how to identify gaps in learning, build secure understanding and help children approach their work with greater independence.
Every child is different, so I offer a tailored programme designed around your child’s individual needs, learning style and goals. Lessons are carefully planned to be engaging, focused and encouraging, with a balance of challenge and reassurance. Whether your child needs extra support in English or maths, targeted exam preparation, or a confidence boost, I will work at the right pace to help them succeed.
