About Agnes

I am a passionate Spanish tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching college students. I help learners develop fluency, accuracy, and confidence in Spanish through practical, interactive, and easy-to-understand lessons.

My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and supportive. I explain grammar and vocabulary clearly and encourage students to practise speaking and listening regularly. I create a positive environment where students can learn without stress and gain confidence.

I use innovative methods such as real-life conversation practice, videos, listening exercises, role plays, online quizzes, and digital worksheets. These tools make lessons engaging and help students understand Spanish naturally.

I create personalised lesson plans tailored to academic needs such as exams, essays, presentations, and communication skills. I provide regular feedback to track progress and ensure steady improvement.

My goal is to help students enjoy learning Spanish and confidently apply it in college and beyond.

About the lesson

I teach Spanish using a methodology built on Motivation, Communication, Creativity, and Time Management. I motivate students by connecting lessons to their goals, personal interests, and real-life situations, helping them stay inspired and confident throughout their learning journey.

Communication is central. I encourage students to actively speak, listen, read, and write in Spanish. Lessons are interactive and practical, helping students communicate fluently in real-world situations.

Creativity makes learning engaging and fun. I use role-plays, storytelling, games, and multimedia exercises to teach grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation in ways that are memorable and effective.

Time management ensures steady progress. I guide students to structure study sessions, set achievable goals, and practise consistently, helping them improve efficiently.

Besides Spanish, I teach related subjects such as grammar, literature, and culture. My lessons are flexible, personalised, and adapted to each student’s pace and learning style, making Spanish learning practical, enjoyable, and rewarding.
