About Omari
Experienced basketball player of 11 years and 2 years of coaching. I have played National League with London Pioneers, Brixton Topcats and Kingston Wildcats. I had also managed to play up to South East England level and have been grateful enough to be coached by some of the best coaches in the country. I intend to use the knowledge that has been passed to me, as well as using other coaching methods and techniques that can help make players train me efficiently and effectively in order to improve their game.

My sessions involve implementing reactive and game-like situation drills, as well as focusing on proper techniques, in order to help anyone with a low skill level be able to reach the best of their ability. I like to make sure that individuals come away from my sessions comfortable with being able to train efficiently based on the drills that they learnt.

Excellent! Omari has a positive and patient attitude, with a methodical approach to the different aspects of the game. A good combination of specific drills but also wider game specific guidance and discussion. I think players of any level would benefit from working with him - recommend!

Perfect! Omari was great for my 17 year old son who had some free days from college. I found him professional and very friendly. He even let me join in a session!
Perfect! Omari is an amazing coach who can easily spot your strengths and weaknesses and create training sessions to help you grow in those weaknesses and improve the strengths. He also has many variations of training skills that help break down the game and make it easier to understand . He’s helped me elevate my game to a higher level. Overall a genuinely great guy and great coach.
Perfect! Omari coached our amateur adult Basketball team successfully in the past few weeks. Feedback from the team members was very positive - Omari, conducted a very interesting practice with drills simulating game situations and provided useful advice on team members on how to improve their game individually. - Stan should a Greta attitude towards learn the game of basketball. Considering that he has found an interest in the sport fairly recently, his physical ability is very much present but we just need to finely tune the skill behind it. Perfect! Omari has been very enthusiastic, and encouraging of my sons development. He’s been flexible with timing, and very accommodating of my son’s needs. He’s developing a bespoke programme geared to my son’s specific needs, and has sent some very helpful video resources to support his development between coaching sessions.

Omari started coaching my son a few months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. He knows the sport and plays the sport and like all great coaches has the innate ability to pass on the knowledge. He is patient, personable and teaches basketball skills using fun drills which maximizes knowledge retention and keeps the sessions interesting. Would highly recommend!

Details
For group sessions, I can coach from 2-6 individuals, £20 each for an hour and a half. This way I can cover more aspects of the game, and players will be able to get my full attention when it comes to channelling in on key details.
